华语视觉文化与艺术研究所（SVCAI） 是一家位于美国马里兰州的非营利机构，致力于推广华语独立影像艺术，并通过电影和视觉文化促进跨文化交流。

我们支持影展、展览和学术研究，呈现来自中国大陆、香港、台湾、东南亚及全球华语社群的多元声音与真实故事。

 

我们的使命是搭建一个充满活力的文化交流平台，让创作者、学者与观众就身份、记忆与社会变迁展开对话。在连接本地社群与国际视野的过程中，SVCAI 希望拓展公众对华语视觉文化的理解与欣赏，使其在全球语境中焕发新的生命力。

SinoVisual Culture and Arts Institute, Inc. (SVCAI) is a nonprofit organization based in Maryland, USA, dedicated to promoting independent Sinophone cinema and fostering cross-cultural dialogue through film and visual arts.

We support screenings, exhibitions, and research projects that highlight diverse voices and authentic stories from across China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, and the global Chinese diaspora.

 

Our mission is to create a dynamic platform for cultural exchange, where filmmakers, scholars, and audiences can engage in meaningful conversations about identity, memory, and social change. By connecting local communities with international perspectives, SVCAI strives to broaden understanding and appreciation of Sinophone visual culture in a global context.
